We’re Blue Monkeys in Space, the team behind Bodymod. We retail piercing jewelry that allows everyone express their unique identity 🔥

Following the growth of our business, we’re hiring a full-time Procurement Coordinator (40h/week) to keep our supply chain running smoothly across Southeast Asia, Europe, and China time zones.

You'll coordinate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless production and delivery. You should be highly detail-oriented, use logic, understand the flows, and ask questions when needed to succeed in the role.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers to request RFQs, meet production deadlines and ensure quality
• Collaborate across teams to source, order, and track new products
• Manage QC issues, returns, and refunds
• Anticipate the production capacity and planning management
• Input supplier and product information and ensure correctness of databases and our PIM platform
• Listing suppliers to perform QC controls

Requirements

• Proficient in English
• Experience in procurement, administration, or assisting roles
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills, data-oriented and analytical
• Detail-oriented: You excel at data entry and are able to find the needle in the haystack
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passionate about piercing jewelry 💍
• Knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese or Thai is a big plus
