We're looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist to join our Product team. You'll lead the way in improving conversion performance across our digital experiences by designing experiments and decoding user behavior. You'll work closely with the Digital Merchandiser, the Product Manager, and the UI Designer.
The space mission / Responsibilities
Partner with the Product Manager, UI Designer, and Digital Merchandiser to identify optimisation opportunities across the user journey.
Plan, design, and run A/B tests and multivariate tests using VWO.
Apply rigorous statistical methods to ensure experiment validity, including power calculations, significance testing, and outcome interpretation.
Analyse quantitative and qualitative data (analytics, heatmaps, funnels, behavioural insights) to uncover friction points and prioritise hypotheses.
Build and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap aligned with product goals and business KPIs.
Communicate test results and actionable insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Work with designers and developers to implement winning variations into production.
Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity for all experiments and product features.
Lead continuous conversion audits to identify new growth frontiers.
Stay up-to-date with CRO best practices, UX standards, experimentation frameworks, and industry trends.
What to bring onboard / Your background
3+ years of experience in CRO, experimentation, product analytics, or a similar optimisation-focused role.
Verifiable education in UX, Statistics, or similar.
Strong statistical background (hypothesis testing, segmentation, regression models, sample sizing, experiment design).
Hands-on experience with VWO (testing, heatmaps, insights modules).
Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics/GA4.
Ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience collaborating within product teams, especially with designers, PMs, and developers.
Understanding of UX principles, conversion psychology, and e-commerce or digital experience optimisation.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus points for basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge.

Flexible hours within CET office hours
