We are looking for a Performance Creative Producer who sits at the intersection of performance, growth, and creatives' optimization. You can translate data into high-converting visual material by creating new elements yourself. Editing and testing, testing and editing. Your goal is to maximize our ROI by creating a myriad of ad combinations.
What you'll do:
Strategy and analysis
Analyze performance: Dive into Meta/TikTok/Google Ads to identify winning hooks, holding rates, and CTRs
Develop testing roadmaps: If a video is performing well, decide what to iterate on (e.g., a new opening, different music, or a new call to action)
Competitor and trends analysis: Constantly “swipe” and deconstruct competitor ads to understand current trends, visual styles, and psychological triggers across our 17+ localised markets
You excel at reporting insights and sharing data with your stakeholders in comprehensive ways
Content execution
Start with the core assets delivered by the creative team to develop variations, leveraging results from the testing strategies
Edit studio footage and raw UGC into performance-first ads for social platforms
Use winning videos as a base to quickly produce multiple variations, following the testing roadmaps
Create high-converting static image ads and video overlays that clearly and quickly communicate value propositions
Support the assets library’s management
What you bring onboard
A performance mindset. We want to see your track record!
Autononomy and decision making: You'll be able to make your calls in the different marketing platforms within set constraints
Risk taking: You push the boundaries and generate hypothesis worth testing and create new learnings.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta, and Youtube (via Google Ads) and nuances across them
Editing tools: Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut or other mobile editing apps
Improving metrics such as CTR, Hook rate, ROAS or CPA and the number of high-quality creatives launched per week
Understanding community guidelines, copyright and other EU and country-regulations of Audiovisual Media compliance
Good-to-haves
Full hands-on with AI (Excellent to have!)
The position
Full-time role, 40 hrs per week
Flexible hours within CET office hours
