Blue Monkeys in Space is looking for a Product Information Coordinator to help keep our product content accurate, consistent, and ready to launch across Bodymod 🛰️

As our Product Information Coordinator you will manage the flow of product data from initial creation to publication and ongoing updates. You will report directly to our Digital Merchandiser, and will liaise with Procurement, our Distribution Hub and Customer Service. Your primary goal is to make sure our product information is complete, commercially relevant, and consistent.

Note that this position is based in our office in Sliema. We offer a flexible contract in terms of working hours (Part time, 30 hours, or full time), but you shall be able to cover the mornings, from around 8.30 to 13.30 ⏱️

What you'll do:

Your scope

• Data management: Accurately input, update, and maintain comprehensive details for all new products within our internal systems.

• Liaise with other team members to complete any missing details.

• Process oversight: Manage the end-to-end workflow to ensure new products are ready to launch on time.

• Content coordination: Route new products for copywriting and translation.

• Asset Management: Coordinate and manage product photography to ensure high-quality visual assets are ready prior to launch.

• Launch products: Check that all details are ready when the products arrive in our Distribution Hub, and coordinate with the Digital Merchandiser to get the products live on the website.

What you bring onboard

• Strong attention to detail: A meticulous eye for accuracy when handling product specifications and data entry.

• High organization: Strong ability to track multiple products at different stages of the launch pipeline simultaneously.

• Technical proficiency: Competent in using Google Sheets or Excel, and eager to learn to use Trello for tracking progress, managing data, and coordinating workflows.

• Independent working style: You take ownership of your tasks, respect deadlines, and know when to raise an issue or ask for clarification.

• Strong written English: You can write and review clear, accurate, customer-friendly product information in UK English.

• Quality mindset: You care about creating reliable product data and improving the process behind it.

Good-to-haves

• Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and task management tools.

• Previous experience with product information management, e-commerce, merchandising, content administration, or data coordination.

• Experience working with a PIM system, CMS, ERP, marketplace, or e-commerce platform.

• Passionate about fashion and body jewelry 💍

• Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience. The salary range is €20.000 – €25.000 per year for a full-time position.
