Following the growth of our business, we’re hiring a Full-time Procurement Coordinator (40h/week) to keep our supply chain running smoothly. This job is based in Timisoara, Romania.

You'll coordinate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless production and delivery. You should be highly detail-oriented, use logic, understand the flows, and ask questions when needed to succeed in the role.

📋 Key responsibilities

Daily order management

• Follow up with allocated suppliers on a fixed schedule for updates on production and proactively identify potential delays.

• Process incoming shipments and coordinate directly with the Distribution Hub team for inbound shipments.

• Log order receipts bi-daily, flag incoming Quality Control (QC) issues, and track resolutions to completion.

• Maintain order-tracking sheet data integrity daily, resolving errors or formula issues in Google Sheets/Excel (potentially helping us streamline processes as we grow toward an ERP system down the line).

• Report on sourcing KPIs, tracking supplier responses, feedback, and RFQ conversion rates.

Sourcing Coordination

• Source new suppliers, wholesalers, and manufacturers across jewelry, medical tools, and packaging categories.

• Maintain a structured supplier database tracking outreach stages, contact histories, and regions.

• Conduct specific offer-based SWOT analyses for each potential supplier.

• Generate weekly reports tracking the number of suppliers approached, supplier feedback received, and suppliers moving into the RFQ phase.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in English

• Experience in procurement, supply coordination, data analysis, or fast-fashion/e-commerce sourcing

• Advanced Excel / Google Workspace skills, data-oriented, analytical, and highly detail-oriented

• Strong clear communication, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities

👉 The position

• You’ll be based full-time at our collaborative workspace in Timișoara, working closely alongside our local hub team.

• Full-time: 40 hours per week

• Salary fork: 7,000 – 7,850 RON Gross / month | approx. 4,100 – 4,600 RON Net / month, depending on experience. Potential variable bonuses after 1 year in the position.
