Customer Support Specialist

Hi, I’m Yousra 👋

Based in Morocco, where the sun is generous and the sea is never too far away 🌊 ☀️

I’m a crafter at heart 🧶 there’s something about making things with your hands that I’ll never get tired of. I also love to travel and discover new places ✈️ though I’m equally happy getting lost in a good project.

I’m curious by nature and I take on too many things at once, but that’s just how I’m wired 😁

I’m also very much an introvert 🌿 which might seem at odds with my customer support role but I’ve always loved that moment where you actually help someone and everything clicks ✨ That part never gets old 💛
